Prateek Saxena is the Group General Manager of Al Zaabi Group, a major Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate overseeing 42 companies across 11 sectors: healthcare, automotive, building materials, e-commerce, real estate, F&B, education, retail, trading, transport, and manufacturing. He is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Prateek Saxena holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (2005-2009) and has completed executive education at INSEAD including Digital Transformation (2024), Leading Organizations in Disruptive Times (2024), and Transforming Business with AI (2023).

Prateek Saxena previously served as Corporate Strategy Officer at Delma Emirates Group (2011-2017), Operations Analyst at Bose Corporation, and Process Engineer at John Deere. He is also General Manager at Emirates Royal Holding.

Prateek Saxena built Fepy.com, a UAE e-commerce platform for building materials, launched Fepy PRO (AI-powered sourcing, 2024), and opened NH47 restaurant at Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre in Abu Dhabi.
