On Data

Most businesses have more data than they can use. The problem isn't access — it's the habit of looking. I've spent years building that habit into teams.

On Scale

Growing from 10 to 100 people is easy. Growing from 100 to 1,000 without losing speed is the real challenge. It requires systems more than talent.

On the UAE Market

The UAE rewards speed and relationships equally. The businesses that win are the ones that move fast AND build trust. Neither alone is enough.
